Has anyone ever used any of the stuff from Burt's Bees? I love their skin care stuff. So when I was in a pinch the other day, I forgot to get shampoo and conditioner, but the little shop I was in has some from Burt's. So I held my breath and paid the $8 a bottle. Well it has to be the best $16 I've spent on my self in a very long time.
My hair feels so healthy and not like it's got lots of gunk on it. I also like the fact that there isn't tons of chemicals in either the shampoo or conditioner. When I looked at the lable I knew what each thing was with out having to look it up online.
So I'm just wondering if anyone else has used any Burt's and what you think about it. For anyone who hasn't seen the product line anywhere here is their web site.

Sue, I've never used the shampoo/conditioner, but have used the lip balm. I'll have to try the shampoo/conditioner, I love Pantene and Dove. _________________

I'm a Aussie girl myself. My hair is long and find that most other brands especially the pearlized one for some reason leave my hair yucky and dirty feeling.
I got the pomagranet and soy volume shampoo from Burt's. At first I didn't think I was going to like it, it's not very slipery, but it lathers nicely and cleans the heck of of my hair and the bonus is that my hair smells so good all day. |

| I've used their lip balm, too, and really like it. I'll have to try the shampoo. We have an organic co-op near where I work and they carry that line. I'll have to go check it out. |

| Wow. This topic started in September and it's taken me until now to buy the shampoo and conditioner. I got it remembering your post, Sue. When I first tried it I didn't think I'd like it either. I have short hair and thought it would weight it down. (Got the pomegranet and soy, too) But it didn't and I love it! I don't think my hairs every felt so healthy and for me, full. |
