Kicked by ......the horse. Jessie and Shadow get along so well, all kissy kissy when they see each other, well Shadow took it upon himself to come up in the back yard while I was cutting grass in the field. So of course Jessie was showing him around.Well I came up to get him out before he pooped all over,it took 10 minutes for me to get close enough to grab his halter, then he planted himself he didn't want to leave. He really likes being around my guys and gals for company, I guess. Well Jessie was behind him and he lifted his leg and Jessie got it, all I heard was "yelp" and off Jessie ran. I think it scared him more I checked him over and he was okay.So I finally got Shadow out of the yard and he was very mad, and ran up and down the fence line throwing a "horse tantrum", jumping up and kicking out and running full speed then just stopping dead. Poor thing is so lonely. Here is a pic of how Jessie is around him.

Look out Jessie, horses can't see directly behind themselves or straigt down in front. Baby horse and dogs are like kids they get so mad when they don't get their way.
Lori looks like it's time to keep pony cookies on hand for the days when you have to get Shadow to move back to his yard.

You know it's something that Jessie keeps going back to Shadow after getting kicked. He must really enjoy Shadow's company.
Jessie is the Horse Whisperer!.

They do like carrots, but they like horse cookies as well. They only use the hooves to make glue these days Lee, so it would be a waste of a good horse to send him away, besides then Jessie would be very sad and lonely.
