Here is a new one to try for those bad days, with runny tummy.
Slippery Elm , it is basicly what marsh mellows are made of and helps by bulking up the intestinal matter as well as a few other things. Here is a site check it out.

Also canned pumpkin can be used or a 24 hour fast followed by 48 hours of 1 table spoon of honey Am and PM along with water.

| What a great website! I only meant to get on the computer for a few minutes but there were so many cool things. The yam chews looked interesting. I might have to try them. And lots of freeze dried stuff...like tripe! Anyway, thanks for the site, Sue. |

It's a cool site, a little expensive but worth it to get stuff you can't find in other places. Or at a great place to find ideas.
